Compassionate End-of-Life Support
Gentle guidance and emotional support for individuals and families navigating the final stage of life.
Facing the end of life can bring many emotions, questions and decisions. As a death doula, I offer calm, compassionate support to help individuals and families approach this time with dignity, understanding and peace.
What Is a Death Doula?
A death doula is a non-medical professional who provides emotional, practical and spiritual support to individuals and families before, during and after the end-of-life journey.
Much like a birth doula supports families welcoming new life, a death doula supports people through life’s final transition.
Support may include:
-
Emotional support for individuals and families
-
End-of-life planning conversations
-
Legacy work and life reflection
-
Support navigating fears or difficult conversations
-
Holding space during the dying process
-
Guidance for families during and after death
My role is to help create a calm, supported environment where individuals can express their wishes, reflect on their life, and approach this time with greater peace and understanding.
